All prices in USD.

Regular Price: Choose this price if your fees with be reimbursed in part or in whole by your organization.

*Discounted Price: Choose this price if your fees will NOT be reimbursed in part or in whole by your organization.

**Student Price: Choose this price if you are enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited institution, and your annual income is less than $50,000. You will be asked to provide a student ID or other proof of enrollment.

    Refund and Cancellation Policy

    Refunds

    • You may cancel your registration, dinner, and workshop tickets for a full refund, less a $30 service charge, through September 1, 2023. No refunds are available thereafter.
    • You may cancel your tutorial registration for a full refund, less a $30 service charge, through August 15, 2023. No refunds are available thereafter.
    • Your EPIC Membership is not refundable. With your membership, you can attend Learning & Networking Week and watch the Main Program livestream online.

    Transfers

    • You may transfer your registration and/or dinner tickets to someone else through October 1, 2023.
    • If there is a waitlist and we are able to arrange a transfer for you, we will issue a refund to you for the ticket(s) transferred, less a $30 service charge.
