While there are some aspects of the job search we can control, much of it we can’t. Even if you nail the interview, have a gorgeous resume and know all the right people, sometimes things still don’t work out. How can you handle the unknown? What will ground you while you wait to land the job? In this session we will:
- Learn how your internal narrative directly impacts your stress-levels
- Practice switching to stories that energize and inspire
- Identify the emotional goals embedded in the job search
- Design methods to ensure the job search is enriching, not draining
