Do you knock your head against a wall repeatedly explaining the value of research? Do you worry that your team and your program are vulnerable to every market downturn or business pivot? Do you lead a research team or organization? In this workshop we will explore the blockers that make research vulnerable, identify some of the organizational scenarios that shape attitudes toward research, and collectively develop strategies and tactics for concrete actions you can take in your specific situation and environment.
