Mental Health Forum

September 19, 2023, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM PDT

Free for EPIC Members

(Time in CEST: 9–10:00 pm)

Array Session

Facilitator: Nicole Mixson-Perez, Manager, Global Experience Research, TE Connectivity

The purpose of this forum is to destigmatize conversations around mental health in our field, and encourage people to feel comfortable sharing experiences as well as supporting colleagues and teams. We’ll also explore some ways the EPIC community, our organizations, and our industries can better support mental health and wellness.

If you have ideas, resources, or experiences around this topic, Nicole would love to hear from you! For example:

  • What do you wish people knew about mental health more specifically?
  • What resources have you found most helpful?
  • What are some ways you feel we can better support mental health and wellness as colleagues, organizations, and industries?
