Being the only researcher on a team or in a company comes with distinct challenges. How do we perform, deliver, and make an impact while making sure that we are learning and growing ourselves? In this session we will share experiences, tactics, and strategies that enable us to survive and thrive as lone researchers.
Rama Vennelakanti is an experienced User Researcher and UX Strategist. She has rich experience driving UX Strategy backed by research to positively impact businesses and their customers. She works well with global multi disciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders and innovation environments. Her experience working across various industry verticals ranging from IT, Telecom and FMCG informs her appreciation for human centered innovation, technology and, business strategy.
