Career Pivots: Service Design

September 19, 2023, 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM PDT

Free for EPIC Members

(Time in AEST: 8–9:00 am)

Virtual Session

Shelley Evanson, Managing Director at Accenture Song
Natalia Radywyl, Head of Research & Capability at Today

Career Pivot sessions help us open doors to new roles and domains in which ethnographers thrive.

In this Career Pivot we’ll learn about service design with two global leaders in the field: Shelley Evenson, Managing Director at Accenture Song, and Natalia Radywyl, Head of Research & Capability at Today. Shelley and Natalia will introduce service design, then we’ll do an extensive “group informational interview” so you can ask all of your nitty gritty questions about this domain. Meanwhile, we’ll take collaborative notes. And finally, we will synthesize an understanding of service design as a space of opportunity for ethnographic work and impact.
