EPIC’s Peer Circles pilot program sustains EPIC moments from Learning + Networking Week and the Main Program throughout the year. Keep the conversations alive with our most valuable knowledge resources, our peers.
This is the first of two sessions for community members in Europe/Asia-Pacific time zones during Learning and Networking Week. We encourage you to attend both, but feel free to attend only one or contact us if you’d like to learn more after the sessions. This session will provide an overview of the program, how your participation is critical, and a chance to get to know other interested members. The second session (September 22, 10:00–10:45 am CEST, 6:00–6:45 pm AEST) will be an interactive session, with a shortened session of a Circles group, focused on topics you and your peers find resonant. Come help shape EPIC’s inaugural Peer Circles community!
Peer Circles help us create and maintain those crucial spaces for learning, growth and reflection. Circles are small groups of EPIC Members who might focus on:
☉ navigating career transitions
☉ handling adversity or opportunities at work
☉ coaching and feedback on projects, strategies, and ideas
☉ group study or skill building
☉ collaborating on projects or proposals (hint hint…EPIC2024!)
☉ support for writing or speaking
☉ anything else!
Join us to identify interests and goals, connect with peers who share them, and review loose guidelines so your Circle can develop an identity and rhythm of its own. Please complete this survey to share whether you’re interested in participating in EPIC-sponsored community connections. Peer Circles is the first EPIC-sponsored peer group model to help foster professional and personal relationships beyond our annual conference events. We’d like to know whether this programming or other forms of community connections might interest our members.
